How to invoice?
After completing the order, you need to issue an invoice by sending us your order number and personal information. We will issue an invoice for you and send it to your mailbox within 1-2 working days.

Why can't I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. We will process your order cancellation request within 24 working hours. After a successful cancellation, the refund will be returned to your payment account. Refund arrival times vary depending on the payment method. The general processing time is 1 to 2 working days (please contact us if it is overdue). If it exceeds 30 minutes, the package cannot be recovered and the order cannot be canceled because the order has already been processed.
How can I get free shipping?
If you make a purchase of $199 or more, you will receive free shipping; if you do not meet the free shipping requirements, you will need to pay an additional $14 postage fee.
